Woks for induction, from compact to XXL

Stir-fry vegetables, noodles or a generous rice dish: with a wok you have space to mix and toss ingredients. At TEKZEN you will find induction-compatible woks from Cheffinger and Kadirelli, with diameters from 28 to 40 cm. Choose a model with a handle or two handles, and with or without a lid.

Which diameter is right for your cooking?

The collection includes woks with diameters of 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 and 40 cm. A smaller size takes up less space; a larger wok can be convenient when preparing more ingredients at once. How many portions it holds also depends on the depth and the dish.

Compare the base size with the requirements of your induction zone. A 40 cm XXL wok has a large top, but that size does not automatically indicate how large the contact area with the cooktop is.

Stainless steel honeycomb or another design?

Cheffinger offers, among others, stainless steel woks with a honeycomb structure, black models and versions with a wood-effect soft-touch handle. Check the properties of the cooking surface and the recommended care for each model.

Kadirelli offers black woks with lids and red and grey models in 30, 32 and 34 cm that are explicitly marketed as PFAS-free. This feature applies to the models in question; always check the specific product information.

Comparing a wok with a lid

Are you looking for a wok that you can also cover? Compare the Cheffinger XL 32 cm wok with lid, the 36 cm Kadirelli wok with lid and the 36 cm Cheffinger stainless steel honeycomb wok with lid. In addition to the top size, also check the base size, depth and how to hold the pan.

A wok with or without a lid

A lid is practical if you want to cover a dish after stir-frying. A model with a handle offers a different grip than a large model with two handles. Therefore, choose not only based on diameter, but also on how you want to handle the pan.

Wok, frying pan or casserole pan?

High, curved sides are characteristic of a wok. Are you looking for a different pan shape? Then also check frying pans and casserole pans. Within the full collection of pans you can further equip your kitchen.

Follow the instructions for use on induction, heating and cleaning. This way you tailor both the choice and the care to your wok.

Comparing a wok without choosing solely on diameter

The top size, base size and depth each tell a different story. The top size determines how much space the pan takes up, the base must fit your induction zone and the depth affects the space to toss ingredients. Also check whether you prefer a handle or two handles when moving a full pan.

For example, compare the Cheffinger 32 cm wok with handle with the 36 cm Kadirelli wok with lid. A lid can be practical for covering or simmering; check the usage options of the chosen model.
